Our cookies are best consumed the day of. If there are any extras, they can be stored in an airtight container outside of the fridge for up to 1 week. Exposure to air is what will make them hard/dry. If you'd like to save them for later, we recommend individually wrapping them and storing them in the freezer for up to 3 months. When you’re ready to eat them, warm your cookies at 350°F for 5-10 minutes or until heated through.

If you are sending a box to someone as a gift, please let us know in the notes at checkout and we will add ribbon and a card (with your message) to your order. All orders will not show the price.

Yes. Ordering in advance ensures that you receive the flavours and pick-up/delivery date desired. We require at least 24hrs in advance to have enough time to prepare your order and bake them fresh. Walk-ins at our bakery are also welcome (flavours vary daily).

Yes! We deliver every Wednesday and Saturday between 8am-1pm (time may vary). The cost is $10 plus tax. To verify what areas we deliver to, please enter your postal code before completing your purchase at checkout. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure a complete and correct address is supplied, as well as a correct phone number for contact. Brookies cannot accept responsibility for missed deliveries due to insufficient or incorrect information supplied, or because there is no-one to accept the delivery.

Yes. We bake all of our cookies in shared equipment, all of which process dairy, wheat, eggs, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts. If you or your recipient has a severe allergy, please know that while we do our best to prevent cross-contamination, we are not an allergy-free bakery.

Yes! We have a classic chocolate chip cookie made without gluten. Please note that our bakery is not 100% gluten-free.

Absolutely! We have over 12 different flavours for you to choose from. You can mix and match any. Choose boxes of 6, 9 or 12.

You can place your order on our website at www.brookiesmtl.com or visit us in-store. We are also on Uber Eats, Door Dash, and Skip the Dishes.

We have 3 box options for you to choose from: 6 ($24), 9 ($34), 12 ($42). The more cookies you buy, the more you save.

Because of the nature of our product, we do not accept returns. All orders are final sale. If you have an issue with your order, please call or email us!

You'll get an email confirmation immediately after you place your order and receive another one the day your order leaves our bakery/is ready for pick-up. If you do not receive a confirmation, please check your junk mail folder.
